For qualifying sales by Church and Business members, the current proposal retains 3% of gross sales, separate from third-party processing fees.

Seller payment terms still need confirmation. A 30-day clearance hold is proposed; the brief’s 98% member transfer plus 3% retention totals 101%, so the payout percentage must be reconciled before seller payments open.
